The OP-Z was far ahead of it's time, bringing incredibly deep sequencing capabilities to your pocket as well as banging on the door of live music visualizations. To support the launch in Japan we arranged a series or workshops and live events. Behind the scenes I also contributed to the manual creation.
We held a private launch party in the depths of Shibuya featuring live performances and visuals by the OP-Z. The venue was set up like a comfy (yet roomy) living space with musicians performing in the lounge. PA was provided by the OD-11 speakers, show lights by the IKEA collaboration light set with live visuals from the OP-Z projected in the background. On the roof was a garden party with live DJ's.

The TGS Otaru event featured various local artists including the extremely talented Machina.
There was also a live DJ set by Sakura Tsuruta for the TGS Otaru event.
As part of Taicoclub music festival we took the workshops on the road and camped out in the mountains to let people know what making music in the great outdoors was like.
As part of the launch we attended Taicoclub where we bumped into our old pals Mouse on Mars
As part of of Tokyo Fashion week we held an event in collaboration with the MoMA design store in Ometesando. We took over the store with live music and presented our guests with Custom branded totes and visors.
